Your appointments are very important to me and they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I request at least 24 hours' notice. "No-shows" or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount.
